Why hypnotherapy with me helps PTSD:

All of these strong feelings, emotions and memories are stored in your subconscious mind.  By using hypnotherapy we are able to heal those issues held within the subconscious.  By releasing the pain from the past my clients are able to move on in their lives.

I understand the difficulties my clients experience from PTSD.  My aim is to help my clients feel stronger and take back control over their lives and their emotions.

One client that had suffered from years of childhood sexual abuse told me.

“I felt better after two sessions of hypnotherapy with you, than I did after 11 years of therapy with my psychologist.”
